Compassionate & Holistic Care
Memory Care at Meadows on Fairview
Meadows on Fairview’s Memory Care program provides older adults with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia with professional, personalized care and assistance with performing daily activities. Our private Memory Care suites come in several studio and one bedroom layouts in a secure building designed to accommodate residents who may wander or get lost. This program is also designed to give a helping hand to the loved ones of our residents as they transition to our Memory Care community.
We understand that choosing a Memory Care community for your loved one can seem overwhelming. Connect with our specially trained staff. They will be happy to answer questions.
Dimensions™ Memory Care
A Focus on Connection
Dimensions® is the state-of-the-art Memory Care program developed by Ebenezer Senior Living and employed at Meadows on Fairview. Using a holistic approach and evidence-based best practices, it focuses on connection rather than loss. The goal is to make a dramatic difference in your loved one’s quality of life. Dimensions® Memory Care stresses the importance of understanding the individual needs of a person with dementia and trains caregivers to respond to them with compassion and creativity.
At Meadows on Fairview, enrichment activities are carefully chosen and customized to connect with each resident’s interests and preserve and enhance their physical, cognitive, and social skills. We provide all our Memory Care residents with physical exercise, stress management and reduction therapies, cognitive exercises, sensory activities, and meaningful social and individual engagement.

Making Meaningful Connections
As part of our Ebenezer Dimensions® Memory Care Program, we are proud to be TimeSlips Certified.
