Determining when the “right time” to move into a senior living community can be a very complicated decision-making process. A growing trend is that many people wait for a significant health or caregiving crisis to happen before considering a move. Unfortunately, we don’t often make sound decisions in crisis situations and waiting until a crisis also severely limits choices. We want to encourage you to attend our FREE seminar to learn about creating and having a plan for moving to a senior living community as well as the benefits of moving before something happens. About Our Presenter: Our presenter is Sandra McGurran, Social Worker Supervisor for Care Management & Integrative Healing Therapies for Fairview Homecare & Hospice. She has a wealth of knowledge, experience and community resources and will have time for questions after her presentation. Tuesday, April 24, 2018 Presentation | 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. FREE snacks and beverages will be available Council Chambers City of Wyoming Community Room 26885 Forest Boulevard | Wyoming, MN RSVP to Ann Grode at 651-982-6228 or agrode1@fairview.org CLICK HERE to Download or Print Flyer for Event
